Reconditioning Process
Every machine has been thoroughly inspected with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates completed before disassembly. Prior to being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the essential tools required to do a professional, high quality paint job. They offer a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each and every Skyjack machinery put back together according to OEM standards and some components are replaced with new ones. The components which get replaced includes: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, hoses and filters, joystick controllers and the main electrical cables and main control. In addition, every unit is given new batteries, tires and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
With a rated load capacity of ninety thousand pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers, the TXLC-974 also offers 85,000 pounds load capacity in the 3rd and 4th tiers.
